Secure document upload
Sensitive identity evidence is not collected through the public form or ordinary email. After your file is opened, FrancoLegal provides access to a secure, private document-upload space.
How it works
- Open your file. Send only the non-sensitive intake information: document type, destination, receiving authority, deadline and contact details.
- We arrange a secure upload space. FrancoLegal provides access to a private document-upload space for your matter.
- You receive a named invitation. The invitation is sent to the email address on the file and sign-in is required.
- Upload sensitive evidence there. Passport, proof of address, DBS/ACRO, bank statement or other sensitive evidence belongs in that secure upload space, not in ordinary email or the public web form.
Why sign-in is required. Sensitive evidence is uploaded through a private, access-controlled link sent to the email address on your FrancoLegal file. Sign-in restricts access to the invited account and gives FrancoLegal an auditable access record.
What not to send through the public form
Passports, national identity cards, driving licences, DBS/ACRO or police records, bank statements, medical information and other high-sensitivity evidence.
Already have a FrancoLegal file?
Use the secure upload invitation sent to the email address on your file. If you cannot access it, contact us and quote your matter reference; we will review access rather than asking you to resend the document by email.
