For a sale in Abidjan or Kinshasa, the form of the document must come from the notaire on the ground. Drafted in the UK, it can be refused on arrival.
The Apostille Convention entered into force for Senegal on 23 March 2023. For eligible public documents, consular legalisation may no longer be required; we verify the receiving authority before you incur external costs.
