Why it's complex without us
Three pitfalls individuals face when attempting these procedures alone.
Many of these procedures are in a grey zone: too simple to justify a £200/h solicitor, too specific for an automated online service to handle correctly.
Attestations and letters of invitation have unwritten format constraints that can invalidate them in front of an administration or consulate.
Document searches (old birth certificate, pre-1980 marriage, etc.) require precise knowledge of British registries to succeed.

We prepare Letters of Invitation and supporting documentation for your guest, but FrancoLegal is not IAA-registered and therefore does NOT provide immigration advice ourselves. For immigration advice, we refer to an IAA-accredited partner. This transparency protects you.
A certified copy is notarised by a partner notary public who attests that the copy is faithful to the original. It has recognised legal value, unlike a simple photocopy. Useful when a bank, consulate, or administration requests a certified copy but you don't want to part with the original.
The £95 price covers 1 certified copy. Additional copies: £30 per extra copy if ordered at the same time. More economical to order everything at once rather than returning.
