The validation chain for non-Hague Africa is complex: FCDO + destination country embassy + often certified translation + secure shipping. Missing one step means starting over.
Embassy turnaround varies considerably (3 days to 6 weeks depending on country and period), and format requirements are rarely published clearly.
Most UK providers only handle Hague countries and redirect to pure shipping for Cameroon or DRC, leaving the client to figure out consular legalisation alone.
