FAQ

FAQ

All non-Hague countries: Cameroon, DRC, Congo, Chad, Gabon, Madagascar, Comoros, CAR, Equatorial Guinea, Djibouti. For Hague countries (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, Morocco, Tunisia...), use cheaper Corporate Standard at £475.

Standard. Many corporate clients use their solicitor for document production (resolution, amended articles), then FrancoLegal for the international validation chain. Significant saving vs full solicitor handling.

Strict. NDA available immediately (FrancoLegal's or yours). Only me on sensitive M&A files. Secure archiving, encrypted communication if requested. For very sensitive operations, I can work from anonymised copies where possible.

Limited by embassy constraints. FCDO phase can be sped up via Premium Service. Embassy phase depends on country: some embassies accept Express service for a supplement (£40-£80), others don't. At quote stage, I assess feasibility for your deadline.

Yes, very common for corporate operations: -10% from 3rd document, -15% from 5th. For African subsidiary formation files (typically 4-7 documents), substantial savings.
