Yes except for force majeure (strikes, exceptional FCDO/embassy closure, unforeseen political event). In case of delay attributable to FrancoLegal, partial refund of the Express premium. As DHL Express tracking is reliable, the main risk lies in the UK FCDO/translation phase which is under our control.
Standard Pack uses Standard FCDO (15-20 days) and standard DHL International (5-7 days). Express Pack uses FCDO Premium (1-2 days) and DHL Express (3-5 days). The £155 differential covers FCDO priority, express translation, and logistical priority.

Yes but with parallel urgent notarisation (+£150-£275). Total timeline becomes 7-10 days in that case. If urgency is extreme, I can coordinate with a London notary public for D0-D1 notarisation.
