FAQ
Two near-identical wills for both partners, with symmetric provisions: 'everything to my partner first, then to the children'. The most common formula for couples. Significant saving vs two separate Will Singles (£625 vs £790).
The Mirror Will is even more crucial. Without a will, your unmarried partner has NO legal claim on your UK assets (contrary to common belief). The Mirror Will explicitly transfers your UK assets to your cohabitant.
Yes. Either revision within 24 months (£125 per Will), or new Will (£395). Important: mirror wills are not 'mutual wills' (which would be irrevocable without agreement) — each partner can modify independently.
As for Will Single: a separate local will is usually preferable for French assets. During the couple framing, I address how both arrangements articulate to avoid contradictions and optimise transmission.
No. The call is by phone or video. Signing can be done at your home with two witnesses (clear instructions provided). If you prefer, in-London signing service with witnesses at £150.
