Cameroon, Ivory Coast, DRC — full-service handling
Cameroon, Ivory Coast, DRC, Gabon, Congo, Chad sit outside the Apostille Convention, so consular formalities apply. We verify the document, receiving authority and current requirements before we quote or incur external costs.
Why the process must be verified first
A destination being outside the Apostille Convention does not mean every UK document follows one universal chain. Depending on the document and consular service, prior certification, UK legalisation and an embassy or high-commission step may be required. We confirm the current sequence for the specific file before external costs are incurred.
What we handle
Coordinating certification, submission to the FCDO, lodging and follow-up at the embassy, tracked delivery to the recipient in-country, and certified translation where required. No travel for you, and no English-language intermediary to manage.
The documents we see most often
Powers of attorney for a property sale or an estate, birth and marriage certificates, certificates of life, sworn statements, degree certificates, and company documents for a local subsidiary or partner.
What we do not do
We do not draft the power of attorney itself. For a land sale, the form of the document must come from the notaire or lawyer on the ground: a power of attorney drafted in the UK without that input can be rejected on arrival, after the whole chain has been paid for.
